Revert "Replace network-manager-gnome by dhcpcd-qt for the qt seed"
    
dhcpcd-qt isn't ready yet and it's incompatible with our network stack at the moment, breaking networking for any users of the live LXQt ISO and the installed one. It's too far in the Artful cycle (in my opinion) to make this work. Let's just stick with network-manager for now.
