[Bug 1677198] Re: OpenVPN not Working in 17.04

Installed Ubuntu Mate 17.04 today. Tried also Ubuntu 17.04. OpenVPN
created by importing *.ovpn file. Does not work with the same error
reported by others. Did not try on 16.10 or 16.04LTS.
