[Bug 1633771] [NEW] trust-store-sk using alot of CPU

Public bug reported:

It seems that for some reason trust-store-sk process is using alot of
CPU , I only noticed it happening twice but I think it happen before (by
the battery history depletion rate ) , It seems that some times the
trust-store-sk process can use a lot of the cpu time (around 150-200%)
for a long time (timed it to over an hour and still going...). this
causes fast battery depletion on ubuntu mobile devices.

Restart of the  device fixed the issue for now i`ll update this issue if
it will happen again.

Probable cause :

This seems to appear when a web app crashes. it happen twice when 'reddit mobile' crashed.
I will investigate it further and will update this issue if I`ll be able to find the actual cause.
