[Merge] lp:~artmello/content-hub/content-hub-clipboard into lp:content-hub

Arthur Mello has proposed merging lp:~artmello/content-hub/content-hub-clipboard into lp:content-hub with lp:~ken-vandine/content-hub/oop_peer_picker_trust_session as a prerequisite.

Implement Clipboard UI/backend connection, so users can use it to manage/select latest copied data
