[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/create-group-before-channels into lp:messaging-framework

Roberto Mier Escandón  has proposed merging lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/create-group-before-channels into lp:messaging-framework with lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/add_support_for_handle_none as a prerequisite.

Commit message:
Split group_manager in group_starter + group_manager. First will be used in connection, before creating the text channel, to start the group. Once the group is started, a group manager is passed to the text_channel along with the received chat_id
