[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/rename_group_description_to_title into lp:messaging-framework

Gustavo Pichorim Boiko has proposed merging lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/rename_group_description_to_title into lp:messaging-framework.

Commit message:
Rename group_description to group_title for consistency with the function that actually changes the title.
Also make sure that the text channel gets the correct values.
