This change updates a network-manager dispatcher script which is used to wipe routes which are sometimes created by non-compliant rild implementations.

The latest version of NM we released (1.2.2) includes a new event which triggers the dispatcher scripts when NM sets the hostname of the device.  This was causing the script, which didn't check either parametres ( interface & status ), to wipe out the default route for the ethernet device which is configured in /etc/network/interfaces.

To test, build an emulator with this package, and verify that a default route exists for eth0, and that the browser is able to access the network.
