[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/get-cached-participants-when-rejoining into lp:messaging-framework

Roberto Mier Escandón  has proposed merging lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/get-cached-participants-when-rejoining into lp:messaging-framework with lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/update_tp_qt_0.9.7 as a prerequisite.

Commit message:
After calling rejoin or accept for a group creation, the participant list is obtained from the group_manager (group_manager should provide a cached one in case it is needed) and it is included as the participants initially in the channel.
