[Merge] lp:~chihchun/phablet-tools/phablet-shell-whoami into lp:phablet-tools

The proposal to merge lp:~chihchun/phablet-tools/phablet-shell-whoami into lp:phablet-tools has been updated.

Commit Message changed to:

phablet-shell: use same account on both adb shell and ssh login.

- The script setup ssh key use default adb shell account, but hardcoded phablet as default.
- On engineering device, the default adb shell account could be `root`.
