Thank you for your merge request. It would seem fine otherwise, but Ubuntu 14.10 (”Utopic”) is no longer supported and the archives are no longer open. Therefore this cannot be uploaded. Only LTS releases of Ubuntu are supported for a long time - this includes 14.04 LTS and the upcoming 16.04 LTS.

Since the package is unmodified from Ubuntu's parent distribution Debian, you might be best served by offering a patch or simply a bug report against their bumprace package source: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/bumprace
