Various performance improvements to minimize the time between shots and between pressing the shutter button and the actual capture. 

Move the following operations into a separate thread which gets spawned just after the data is available:
- Write GPS information into the EXIF ourselves instead of asking Android to do it
- Check the target directory and create a new file name if necessary
- Save the actual data to a disk file
