Scott Moser has proposed merging lp:~smoser/ubuntu-seeds/platform.xenial-ppp-to-server-ship into lp:~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/ubuntu.xenial.

Commit message:
Add ppp, pppconfig and pppoeconf to server-ship

I've removed the from the standard seed, so putting them
into the server-ship to deliver them on the ISO.
