This is a merge with the 4:5.0.1-3ubuntu2 I already uploaded to unstable which is currently waiting in the new queue.

I left this changelog as UNRELEASED since I did not upload 5.0.3. I think I'll let you guys do that now.

As for the plugins, I already synced kdevelop 5.0.1-2 and uploaded kdevelop-python 5.0.1-2ubuntu2 (in the new queue since it's a new source package for zesty). I'll let you take care of uploading 5.0.3 for those as you wish.
