Commit message:
Modify the add_custom_to_xdg_data.sh profile.d hook to not modify the XDG_DATA_DIRS if it's not set yet.

Modify the add_custom_to_xdg_data.sh profile.d hook to not modify the XDG_DATA_DIRS if it's not set yet.

Something changed in xenial and caused running /etc/profile.d scripts before we actually get to run the ubuntu-touch-session parts. This way we're at least sure that it gets executed in the way we want it (and when we want it).
