Review: Needs Information

What is the impact on wily for this, given that we are in feature freeze? We already install webapp-container by default, does that trump xul-ext-{unity,webaccounts} and thus this doesn't change behaviour, or do the latter win and this does change behaviour? In the latter case this needs release team ack. I'd also like to see a desktop team ack then. Thanks!
