Łukasz Zemczak has proposed merging lp:~sil2100/livecd-rootfs/add_ubuntu-pd_subproject into lp:livecd-rootfs.
Commit message:
Add support for the ubuntu-pd SUBPROJECT that can be used along with ubuntu-touch. This allows us to build an ubuntu-pd specific rootfs without an explicit meta-package, as the delta is basically installing two new packages + their dependencies.

Add support for the ubuntu-pd SUBPROJECT that can be used along with ubuntu-touch. This allows us to build an ubuntu-pd specific rootfs without an explicit meta-package, as the delta is basically installing two new packages + their dependencies.
Some rationale now.
The proper solution, most probably, would be creating a separate meta package for ubuntu-pd. This could be done super proper by creating separate seeds for that, or maybe simply with a manually created meta package that would list all the deps. But in both cases I would still opt for using ubuntu-pd as a SUBPROJECT, not a PROJECT itself. Adding it as a completely new project would require a lot of modifications in livecd-rootfs as it's basically ubuntu-touch overlaid with a few new packages.
Anyway, please don't merge it in until I get some final confirmations that the ubuntu-pd specific rootfs is approved by everyone.
