[Merge] lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/silence-favicon-errors into lp:webbrowser-app

Olivier Tilloy has proposed merging lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/silence-favicon-errors into lp:webbrowser-app.

Commit message:
Silence the warnings issued by the favicon fetcher when the server replies with an error.
Those warnings can easily flood the console when opening the history view, thus making it difficult to spot legitimate console output.
