Three more weeks , and still no fix for the current 15.04 release?

I think you're trying and failing to do some automagic knick-knack,
instead of giving the user the obvious solution to define his own
metrics for every network connection.

Do i really have to just uninstall this bloody network manager and go
back to /etc/network/interfaces ?
