The proposal to merge lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/locationBarController-show-hide into lp:webbrowser-app has been updated.

Commit Message changed to:

Use the new Oxide APIs to better control visibility of the chrome.
This bumps the runtime dependency on liboxideqt-qmlplugin to 1.7.
