Add a patch for Dolphin (15.04)

Hi the team,

There's a bug in Dolphin,  https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=345174
At the post #43, Emmanuel Pescosta has published a patch, but I have not
managed to install it.
Can you please apply this patch for Kubuntu 15.04 ?
