[Merge] lp:~ken-vandine/content-hub/lp1429687 into lp:content-hub

A good way to test this is with my hub-importer example:

Run the hub-importer example and import a photo from gallery
look in ~/.cache/hub-importer.ken-vandine/HubIncoming/1 for the filename
then create a dir for 2 
touch a file in that dir with the same filename
try to do another import of the same photo
you should see the state in hub-importer as aborted
