[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/mediaplayer-app/media-hub-3-changes into lp:mediaplayer-app

Jim Hodapp has proposed merging lp:~phablet-team/mediaplayer-app/media-hub-3-changes into lp:mediaplayer-app.

Commit message:
* Improves the slider handling logic to make sure we don't display any 0 positions passed through by GStreamer while seeking, and also to reset the slider bar to the beginning on EndOfMedia status.
* No longer need to ignore a 0 position while seeking since media-hub takes care of this issue now.
* Make position silky smooth while seeking by disconnecting the value from the reported position() while seeking.
