[Merge] lp:~mandel/ciborium/do-unmount into lp:ciborium

Manuel de la Peña has proposed merging lp:~mandel/ciborium/do-unmount into lp:ciborium with lp:~mandel/ciborium/remove-formatting-dialog as a prerequisite.

Commit message:
Track mount and unmount events. Allow to unmount and format a unlimited number of times without living the application.

This branch keeps track of the mount and unmount events. As it is right now the formatting errors are logged in ~/.cache/upstart/application-legacy-ciborium-.log rather than a dialog shown. We are not making any changes in the UI at this point to reduce the size of the diff.
