[Merge] lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/incognito-session-saving into lp:webbrowser-app

Olivier Tilloy has proposed merging lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/incognito-session-saving into lp:webbrowser-app.

Commit message:
Disable periodic session saving while incognito. The public session is unlikely to change significantly while browsing incognito.

Save the public session right away when going incognito.
