[Merge] lp:~tiagosh/messaging-app/force-threadId-to-string into lp:messaging-app

Tiago Salem Herrmann has proposed merging lp:~tiagosh/messaging-app/force-threadId-to-string into lp:messaging-app.

Commit message:
Force threadId to be a string, otherwise Qt.createQmlObject() will convert operator names that match color names to QColor instead of QString.
