[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/ofono/voicemail-fix into lp:~phablet-team/ofono/ubuntu

Tested on arale, devel-proposed #59. Basic tests are fine, but recovering data after switching flight mode on/off. Expected as NM patches that solve that were not landed still in wily #59.
