Reproduce Steps:

1,The phone has insert two SIM cards
2,Let SIM1 is on the call
3,Make sure the SIM2 connects network normally 
4,Surf the Internet by SIM2

Expect Result:

Can using the SIM2 surf the Internet normally

Actual Result:

Can not using the SIM2 surf the Internet normally
