This merge:

1) Adds debian/couchdb.service to start CouchDB via systemd

2) Again drops the upstream SysV init.d script, which is replaced by the above

Testing done on this proposed change:

* Made sure that couchdb automatically starts upon installing the "couchdb" package, and after a reboot and cold boot

* Made sure `apt-get remove/purge couchdb` works correctly when couchdb is running (this has long been problematic with the upstream SysV init.d script, but works perfectly with couchdb.service and couchdb.upstart)

* Ran my standard battery of unit tests against my tests builds on both Vivid and Wily (not likely to uncover any issues as these really just test couchdb-bin, which this merge should have no effect upon... but better safe than sorry)
