[Merge] lp:~ricmm/platform-api/module-override-and-sensor-events into lp:platform-api

The proposal to merge lp:~ricmm/platform-api/module-override-and-sensor-events into lp:platform-api has been updated.

Description changed to:

* Allow for module-override of specific providers of the Platform API
* Implement support for named pipe event reader on sensors test plugin

To test this change, run:

$ UBUNTU_PLATFORM_API_TEST_OVERRIDE=sensors test_android_sensors_api

Then cat the following text file into /tmp/sensor-fifo-$PID:
