Add systemd counterparts for upstart overrides

Add an extension (via the .d/ mechanism) of display-manager.service (i. e.
lightdm) to add the dependency on the Android container, plus the
OOM/nice/environment changes.

lightdm.override does not need a counterpart, as under systemd the init.d
script is used (which already starts early enough).

The plymouth overrides don't need a counterpart, as under systemd nothing
depends on the plymouth units in the first place, so they don't start.
