Hey Phillip!

If you don't mind, I'll just sync the package. In current vivid we have LSB init script plugins which will do the right thing (call initctl or systemctl) under non-SysV inits, so dragging along this delta seems unnecessary. Instead, this should be filed as an upstream or Debian bug.
