[Merge] lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/skip-test-that-requires-https into lp:webbrowser-app

Olivier Tilloy has proposed merging lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/skip-test-that-requires-https into lp:webbrowser-app.

Commit message:
Skip a test that requires HTTPS support in the test suite, which is lacking for now.

Starting with oxide 1.11, this test would fail because of https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/Home/chromium-security/deprecating-powerful-features-on-insecure-origins, so in preparation for this oxide release, this test has to be temporarily skipped.
