You can keep this as UNRELEASED instead of vivid, and I'll change it when I upload.  I'm not sure why tbh but that's what my predecessors had me do before I had upload rights. :)  I assume it prevents some sort of mistake.

You can drop your name from here.  If 2+ people contribute changes to a version then we'll add their names before their changes, otherwise we can just go off the signature.

I know it's nit picky but let's stick with "Resynchronize with stable/kilo" so we have consistency across the packages.  Also swap out 1cca93c in favor of 651bab0, using the last commit number instead.
