[Merge] lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/clearCache into lp:webbrowser-app

Olivier Tilloy has proposed merging lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/clearCache into lp:webbrowser-app with lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/settings-page-ap-tests as a prerequisite.
