[Merge] lp:~alfonsosanchezbeato/ofono/only-one-powered into lp:~phablet-team/ofono/utopic-rtm

Tested with mako #17 ( ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09 ).

Verified that mobile data works correctly, and that after disabling mobile data from cellular settings, the ConnectionManager's 'Powered' property is 0, and the corresponding setting in the gprs file under /var/lib/ofono/<IMSI>/ is also 0.  Verified upon reboot that mobile data is off.  Verified after enabling mobile data, that 'Powered' is now 1 in the list-modems output, and the gprs settings file.
