[Merge] lp:~sergiusens/ciborium/changelog into lp:ciborium

Sergio Schvezov has proposed merging lp:~sergiusens/ciborium/changelog into lp:ciborium with lp:~sergiusens/ciborium/1363153 as a prerequisite.

Commit message:
* Don't make channels if they aren't going to be used (LP: #1363153)
* Adding a pre remove and post remove dialog (LP: #1372774)
* Adding indication of format in progress (LP: #1372775)
* Minor fix in slice creation for mountpoint free space checks.
