Yes, default packages don't matter anymore. CI uses a jenkins config for depends; see http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-test-case-dev/ubuntu-test-cases/touch/view/head:/jenkins/testconfig.py. I'll update calendar to include python3-dateutil in that config now.
