Earlier in the same file, DESKTOP_FILE_IN_IN_H is defined relative to CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR, not to CMAKE_BINARY_DIR. So I think the "-D ${CMAKE_BINARY_DIR}" option can be removed altogether.
