[Merge] lp:~boiko/messaging-app/remove_proxies into lp:messaging-app

Gustavo Pichorim Boiko has proposed merging lp:~boiko/messaging-app/remove_proxies into lp:messaging-app with lp:~boiko/messaging-app/use_history_contact_info as a prerequisite.

Commit message:
Remove the proxies that were being used for sorting and grouping of threads and messages. The functionality is implemented directly on history models themselves now.
