[Merge] lp:~boiko/history-service/keep_models_sorted into lp:history-service

Gustavo Pichorim Boiko has proposed merging lp:~boiko/history-service/keep_models_sorted into lp:history-service with lp:~boiko/history-service/contact_aware_models as a prerequisite.

Commit message:
Keep the models sorted all the time, even when new events arrive.
Also replace the thread grouping proxy model by a real model that groups threads.
