Unit 193 has proposed merging lp:~unit193/lubuntu-default-settings/updates into lp:lubuntu-default-settings.

This commit has several fixes, most notable is s/qlubuntu/QLubuntu/ in 20-qlubuntu.conf.

Since this changes a lot, please review carefully!  maintscript is what I'm most unsure about.  I added --fail-missing to make sure all files are installed when building, but this may be my personal preference.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me on IRC (or here too.)
