[Merge] lp:~cwayne18/goget-ubuntu-touch/emulator-tab-complete into lp:goget-ubuntu-touch

It completes the commands, and then completes 'run' with available emulator names.  As of now it doesn't complete any of the other subcommands, but that could be added
