The proposal to merge lp:~mterry/telephony-service/support-pa-disabled into lp:telephony-service has been updated.

Description changed to:

Support PA_DISABLED in telephony-service to support running without sound.

This is useful as a stop-gap measure with a split greeter to prevent the two sessions (lightdm and phablet) from both trying to play ringtones.  Eventually we'll do something smarter to manage sound between the two.
