crysman has 3 feature requests for Ristretto Image Viewer, described here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ristretto/+bug/1284111

I implemented all three of them. This is the first one, pre-filling the text box in the "File -> Save Copy" dialogue with the image file name.

As I stated elsewhere this is my first bug fix so please tell me if I did it correctly.
