This is a fix for bug #1319687.

Implement it by ading -fPIC option for compiling libsuitesparseconfig.a by doing the following:
1. Edit SuiteSparse_config/Makefile
2. Edit line 18 so that is resembles to this:
	$(CC) $(CF) -fPIC -c SuiteSparse_config.c
