Review: Needs Fixing

This doesn’t seem to work reliably (it does work in some cases). I’m testing like so (on desktop):

 - launch the app, wait for the start page to fully launch and the chrome to auto-hide
 - reveal the chrome, click in the address bar, type "ubuntu.com" and press enter
 - wait for the page to load and the chrome to auto-hide
 - reveal the chrome

Expected: the address bar displays "ubuntu.com"
Actual: the address bar displays "http://www.ubuntu.com"
