Removed a few wrong build depends, they are not needed (checked rebuilding the package with sbuild, also as a general rule build depending on packages named libfooX is wrong, we should build depend on libfoo-dev or foo-dev).

Also I have seen the package descriptions were copied from ksysguard, so I have fixed them; the descriptions I used are based on the ones for the current kmenuedit package for KDE SC 4.
