Build depend on libxcb-randr0-dev - this avoids FTBFS'ing in debian sid while at the same time it shouldn't break compilation for utopic.

Also add a couple of alternative dependencies which will make the package installable in debian sid with latest qt 5.3; this is more than a runtime problem given the current state of the package, a plasma-workspace uninstallable also breaks compilation of some other packages build depending on it.
