[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/webbrowser-app/webbrowser-app-suru-icon into lp:webbrowser-app

This svg is part of the suru-icon-theme package (installed as /usr/share/icons/suru/apps/scalable/webbrowser-app.svg), so do we really need to ship a copy of it in the branch?

Or do we expect that this standard icon won’t be available in the default desktop theme for utopic (assuming the default theme is not suru)?
