[Merge] lp:~xnox/goget-ubuntu-touch/recovery into lp:goget-ubuntu-touch

This unpacks recovery ramdisk upon creation, and later gives an option to launch emulator with recovery ramdisk. However, emulator does not successfully boot into recovery. I'll file a bug against android about it.
